Self-help document service
Angel Will Agents is an automated document preparation service. We are similar to a self-help typing service: we take the information you provide and arrange it into a standard document format. We do not select forms for your specific legal needs and we do not give legal advice.
No attorney-client relationship
Use of this Service does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Angel Will Agents, its operators, or any of its affiliates. Communications between you and Angel Will Agents are not protected by the attorney-client privilege or work-product doctrine.
Not legal advice
The information on this site — including explanations of wills, witnessing rules, probate, and estate planning concepts — is provided for general educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney. Laws vary by state and change over time.
When you should consult an attorney
- Your estate is large or complex (over approximately $5 million, real estate in multiple states, business ownership)
- You have minor children with special needs or have a blended family
- You want to disinherit a spouse or child
- You want to set up a trust (living trust, special needs trust, charitable trust, etc.)
- You expect family conflict, anticipate a will contest, or face estate tax exposure
- You own digital assets, cryptocurrency, intellectual property, or assets abroad
- Your state has unusual will requirements (e.g., Louisiana)
- You are unsure whether the generated will fits your situation
Your responsibility to execute the will properly
Even a perfectly drafted will is invalid if it isn't signed and witnessed correctly. You are responsible for:
- Signing in the presence of the number of witnesses your state requires (typically two adults who are not beneficiaries)
- Notarization, where required by your state
- Storing the original signed will in a safe, findable location
- Telling your executor where to find it
No guarantee of outcome
We make no representation that a will generated by the Service will be admitted to probate, will be free from challenge, or will produce any particular legal outcome. Laws change and individual circumstances vary.
Jurisdictional limits
The Service is designed for users in the United States. We do not provide documents for jurisdictions outside the U.S. If you have assets abroad, those may need a separate will under the law of that country.
